This role involves 8-5 shifts in an outpatient primary care clinic located within a hospital, focusing on general family medicine, internal medicine, and complex chronic care for an Indian population.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work in an outpatient primary care clinic located within the hospital.
• Manage general FP/IM, Indian population, and complex chronic care cases.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP).
• EMR: RPMS.
