We are seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to join our team of exceptional and motivated directors and caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded.

Requirements :

• Four year college or university program certificate from an accredited school of nursing preferred and two to four years related experience.
• Registered nursing license in state.
• Geriatric nursing background preferred.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management and / or boards of directors.
