We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, with a focus on direct-to-seller and direct-to-buyer strategies, social media management, and content creation.
This role is pivotal in driving acquisitions and sales through targeted campaigns, engaging content, and strategic outreach.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate marketing, Social Media Marketing and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute all direct-to-seller marketing campaigns for acquisitions, including targeted outreach, lead generation, and conversion strategies to identify and secure high-value real estate opportunities. Track and modify all Direct to Seller marketing KPIs and tailor new strategies to a given budget and performance of each marketing channel. Develop and manage direct-to-buyer marketing efforts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels, focusing on audience engagement, property showcases, and sales funnel optimization. Oversee the management of all social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube), creating compelling marketing content, posts, and campaigns to build brand awareness and community. Schedule and coordinate all photo and video shoots for content creation, including skits, videos, and posts; collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand materials that resonate with target audiences. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment while aligning efforts with company goals. Analyze marketing performance metrics, adjust strategies based on data insights, and report on ROI to senior leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends in real estate marketing, digital tools, and social media algorithms to innovate and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with relevant experience, OR proven specialization in social media marketing with a demonstrated ability to create organic engagement on social platforms. Experience preferably in real estate, or a related industry; equivalent proven track record in driving organic growth and engagement on social media may substitute for formal experience. Demonstrated expertise in direct-to-consumer and B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital and social media strategies. Proven success in managing social media platforms, content creation, and video production, including hands-on experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Salesforce CRM systems Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and present ideas to executives. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content in the real estate space. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Full-time, in-office position based in Boynton Beach, FL.
