Role Overview
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and empathetic therapists to join our growing outpatient group practice. Whether you are a seasoned Licensed Clinician looking for a supportive environment without the headache of solo-practice billing, or an Associate eager to gain hours under high-quality supervision, we have a place for you.
What You’ll Do
- Direct Client Care: Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions (caseload size no more than 30 patients per week minimum of 25 for full time).
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate electronic health records (EHR). EHR is Simple Practice.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Collaboration: Participate in monthly clinical consultations and team meetings to share insights and support peers.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Licensure: Active registration with the BBS or other license boards as an AMFT/LMFT, ASW/LCSW, or APCC/LPCC.
- Skillset: Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
- Reliability: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to ethical practice.
