The Associate Program Analyst is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support to one or more of Prime's functional areas : Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management (UM), Formulary, GuidedHealth, Pharmaceutical Trade Relations, Pharmacy Audit, Clinical Operations and / or Specialty Pharmacy.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the coordination, project management and implementation of internal and / or client-facing initiatives, which may include : Quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee (P&T) coordination, annual formulary development and production, development and process support for Prime National and Client Utilization Management (UM) programs, review of regulatory requirements and adherence for processes related to Formulary, UM, GuidedHealth, and other programs
• Serve as point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area including but not limited to : tracking department and program documentation, verification of information, coordinating any necessary follow up, generating and submitting regular reporting etc.
• May support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations, internal and external communications, and the coordination of client meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Potential pay for this position ranges from $25.48 - $40.87 based on experience and skills.
