About the Role

As an Intervention Specialist / Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction to students, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure all supports align with each student’s IEP.

What You’ll Do

Deliver specialized instruction based on IEP goals

Develop, update, and implement IEPs

Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers

Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed

Maintain compliance with IDEA and district procedures

Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment

Requirements

Valid

Ohio Intervention Specialist license

(Mild / Moderate or

Moderate / Intensive)

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education or related field

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Experience with IEPs, progress monitoring, or differentiated instruction preferred
