The Opportunity

What You'll Work On

Serve as a Strategic Leader within the Technical Solution Design (TSD) team to build a best-in-class technical team that covers our Core Diagnostics portfolio, including Lab Systems / Automation, Informatics, Workflow and Consulting lines of business. This position will develop, create, and design strategies for the most complex and largest customer base, such as key strategic customers and national / regional health systems. Responsible for the management of multiple TSD "pods", with responsibility of creating an environment of professional growth. Work with the TSD Senior Manager to develop training programs, creation of technical materials with marketing and Request for Proposal (RFP) bid team, and maintenance of team regulatory compliance.

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 $226,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
