As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing systems that drive Sezzle's financial reporting and reconciliation processes. You'll work closely with teams across Accounting and Finance to enhance data integrity and streamline crucial workflows, ensuring we meet enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with teams to enhance financial software solutions.
• Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Develop new features and products within a cooperative engineering environment.
• Utilize your accounting background to pinpoint gaps and enhance automation processes.
• Assess and implement software tools and metrics for improvement.
• Support and provide guidance on software systems usage.
• Ensure projects align with compliance and industry standards.
• Design software applications and features primarily using Golang.
• Create reports and automation tools utilizing Python and SQL.
• Help build a scalable distributed architecture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create market-leading products.
• Establish metrics that drive ongoing product enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality, testable software that meets compliance and reporting standards.
