Resort Controller
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Resort Controller. In this role, you'll drive the financial health and long-term growth of a dynamic, fast-paced resort environment. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you'll oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and optimizing profitability across resort operations.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll become part of a team where innovation meets impactand where your expertise helps shape unforgettable guest experiences, every day.
The anticipated hire date for this position is Spring 2026.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support resort-wide goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal controls
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership for business decision-making
- Supervise and develop the finance / accounting team
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships
- Drive process improvements and optimize financial systems
