Job Summary : AdvancePCB provides electronic PCB assemblies to a variety of customers in the military, medical and commercial industries. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of best practices in the electronic assembly environment. Job Responsibilities :

• General knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and equipment operation
• Experience operating and programing My data Surface Mount Equipment a plus
• Experience using DEK Stencil printers a plus
• Experience in reflow operation and profile generation a plus
• Quality inspection experience is a plus
• IPC-610 or J-Std certification is a plus
• Strong aptitude for electronic and mechanical assembly practices
• Familiar with structured BOMs, assembly drawings and kit identification
• Must be agile and able to work multiple projects
• Work well independently and in a group setting
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work at a fast pace environment
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Experience in Lean / 6 Sigma a plus
