We’re seeking a motivated Waste Management Helper, where you will adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, learn company products and services to better assist others, and provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. Additional duties include support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, coordinate with other departments when needed, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, as well as work with supervisors to meet daily goals, manage simple records and enter information accurately, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
