Your Role Includes:

• Leading by Example: Be hands-on during every shiftjumping behind the bar, greeting customers, and showing the team what great service looks like.
• Coaching & Development: Provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help baristas grow in skill and confidence.
• Operations Management: Support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Decision-Making: Act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off shift. Handle personnel and customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Creating a Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, upbeat, and team-oriented atmosphere that motivates everyone to bring their best.

What We're Looking For:

• A confident, dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude, even under pressure
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Someone passionate about people, coffee, and growth
