ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has proudly served the community since January 2020 and is supported by a team of 4 talented professionals. Before opening the agency, I started in the industry under another agent in 2017. I was motivated to build something of my own, and State Farm provided the perfect opportunity to run my own business with strong culture, support, and community partnership.

I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in International Business and have a rich multicultural background. My commitment to the community runs deep; I’m active in my church, participate in local service projects, and previously served as a missionary for two years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
