A rapidly growing nonmedical home care agency is seeking a high energy, entrepreneurial Client Liaison / Business Development Leader to manage operations, grow market presence, and build strong community relationships. This role is ideal for an LPN or RN who is passionate about patient care but also thrives in marketing, outreach, and leadership.
Oversee daily operations of the Baton Rouge office
Ensure compliance with Louisiana home care regulations
Conduct client intakes, assessments, and home visits as needed
Develop individualized service plans (ISPs)
Build strong relationships with referral sources:
hospitals, rehabs, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, social workers, discharge planners
Lead business development, community outreach, and brand growth
Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community programs
Set goals, create action plans, and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
LPN or RN preferred
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow a business
Confident leader able to take full ownership of a location
Self starter who can set goals, prioritize tasks, and follow through with little oversight
Outstanding communicator and natural relationship builder
Energetic, positive, and professional personality
Marketing, outreach, or business development experience is a plus
