Information Technology Manager

A company is looking for an Information Technology Manager to support their manufacturing and finance systems environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direction and support to the ERP team serving manufacturing and finance functions

Align technology with business priorities by collaborating with operations, production, IT, and accounting leaders

Oversee ERP change management, system updates, and improvements related to shop floor management and inventory control

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience supporting IT and ERP systems within a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership presence with effective communication skills across technical and business teams

Previous experience leading or mentoring ERP-focused technical teams, including developers and analysts

Solid understanding of core manufacturing operations and processes

Practical experience working within IBM (AS / 400 and KBM) environments
