Server/Bartender

• This position will require attention to detail, the ability to multitask and perform mathematical transactions.
• Must be available or work days and night shift.
• Open availability preferred.
• The ideal candidate would be willing to learn, driven to provide the best customer experience both in person and over the phone, and provide interactive conversations with all patrons.
• Previous bartending experience is required.

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink and food orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Serving patrons with excellent and accurate orders.
• High level organizational skills.
• Ability to to keep calm in high volume high stress situations.

We are a small but rapidly growing neighborhood pizzeria/bar in Loves Park IL. We have been in business for almost 4 years and had a lot of support through covid and are growing fast. This is a family owned operation and always will be. We don't need a huge staff but we need the right staff to be dedicated and willing to grow with us.
