As a Server :

You are hard-working and friendly. You take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service. You are an expert on our menu, and you use your knowledge, positive attitude and excellent communication skills to create a personalized experience for each guest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and possess the ability to answer questions regarding our items and their preparation.
  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience by promptly and accurately taking orders, maintaining drink levels, checking on guests, and keeping tables clear of unused items.
  • Foster and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other staff members
  • Ability to operate POS system, including processing credit and cash transactions.
  • Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and comply with legal regulations.
  • Ensure that food consistently meets our company's high standards of excellence with every plate served, in both your section and others as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins
  • Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable attendance is required
  • 1 plus years of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
  • Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers.
  • Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
  • POS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
  • Physical requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
