We are seeking a Weight Wellness Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient primary care practice in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility located just 45 minutes from Providence, RI, and south of Boston.

Compensation: $110,000-$135,000 annually
Benefits: FMV compensation, sign-on bonus & relocation (negotiable), robust benefits package, CME allowance, PTO, and retirement

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive weight wellness assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage chronic conditions related to obesity, including diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic disorders
• Offer ongoing counseling, education, and support to patients regarding nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior modification
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate closely with physicians, dietitians, and wellness staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active MA state licensure
