Plant Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Jensen Infrastructure is hiring a Drycast Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations for precast concrete products, including oversight of production, yard operations, and shipping and receiving activities. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality plant operations while leading and developing a strong production team.

You'll serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, coordinating daily production activities, ensuring workforce readiness, and reinforcing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in environments where safety, quality, and execution are critical to success.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include :

Plant Operations & Production

• Leading daily production activities, coordinating schedules and labor to meet customer demand while ensuring quality standards are consistently met
• Overseeing yard operations, including loading, receiving, and shipping of finished products
• Monitoring production performance to ensure work orders are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
