What You'll Do :

• Lead Projects from Start to Finish : Manage multiple projects through all phases-from concept to construction-with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
• Design Excellence : Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
• Field Coordination : Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success.
• Client Engagement : Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews.
• Financial Oversight : Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes.
• Mentorship : Guide junior engineers and foster team development.
• Business Development : Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations.
