A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims to oversee day-to-day functions in the claims area and provide leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee claims inventory management to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Prioritize daily work volumes and manage operational costs effectively
Monitor claims quality reviews, document results, and identify trends for improvement
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in the health insurance industry or claims processing
Previous supervisory or leadership experience with defined outcomes
Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and / or Medicare preferred
Duals experience is highly preferred
