Description Responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of social work services including psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, utilization management, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning, crisis intervention, referral and resource, and liaison with insurance providers. Coursework / Training Specific training in the provision of outpatient community services. Coursework / Training in using efficient, focused treatment approaches to patient problems. Upon hire : Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or Upon hire : Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or Upon hire : Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Upon hire : Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License Specific experience in the provision of outpatient community services.
