Position : Advanced Practice Provider - Neonatal Care (PRN)
Primary Purpose :
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will deliver exceptional healthcare to patients in specialized areas. Your role includes patient diagnoses, treatment planning, education, and referrals. You will also serve as a resource and a role model for clinical practices, helping to train and evaluate practitioners and students to ensure optimal patient care.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education :
- Physician Assistant : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and completion of a recognized Physician Assistant Program.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse : Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Experience : A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in any field.
- Certifications : Must have current BLS certification and relevant advanced life support certifications (ACLS, ATLS, PALS, SAMA, NRP) within 90 days of hire. Licensure must be current and valid from the respective boards.
Skills and Abilities :
Provide care following the Texas Nursing Practice Act and Texas Medical Board Rules.Demonstrate effective leadership and exceptional clinical skills.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Stay updated on best practices and participate in ongoing education.Key Responsibilities :
