Computer Hardware Technician

Our client, a leading player in the eCommerce industry, is seeking a Computer Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Computer Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Data Center technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation of data center components. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.

$26 / HR + Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance, 401K Saving Options & Weekly Pay

Schedules : Day Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST or Night Shift : 5 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM EST

What's the Job?

• Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs.
• Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and achievement of daily / weekly goals.
