ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been serving the community since 1997, and today we’re a close-knit team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked in State Farm claims operations, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers with confidence and care.

Community involvement is at the heart of what we do—we support local schools by donating t-shirts and water bottles and are always looking for ways to give back. Inside the office, we’ve built a supportive, family-like culture where team members help each other succeed, and we value building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathy Landers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
