Database Analyst

A company is looking for a Database Analyst to provide support and expertise for Postgres database environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain EDB Postgres, PGD, and AWS RDS database clusters

Assist with planning and executing database upgrades and migrations

Collaborate with application teams and vendors to implement optimized database solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Experience in the design, maintenance, and administration of EDB Postgres and AWS RDS

Proficient in PostgreSQL installation, configuration, and performance tuning

Strong skills in PostgreSQL procedural languages and SQL

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, KSH, and Perl
