Junior Estimator

We are looking for someone who is curious thoughtful and eager to grow into a strong construction estimator. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys numbers, teamwork, learning from experienced mentors, and becoming part of a company that cares about quality and trust. You will learn how to read plans, understand scopes, gather pricing, work closely with trade partners, and support our estimating team as we pursue new projects.

What You'll Do :

• Support senior estimators with takeoffs, quantity tracking, pricing research and proposal preparation
• Review drawings and project documents and learn how to identify scopes and risk items
• Request pricing from trade partners and maintain positive communication with them
• Help build estimate templates, cost history records and other tools that make our work smoother
• Attend internal team meetings and communicate progress, questions and findings
• Learn our internal processes and construction standards so your work stays accurate and consistent
• Support preconstruction efforts and project turnover when needed

What You'll Bring :

• Some experience in construction, estimating, field work, project coordination or trade background is helpful
• Strong interest in learning how numbers connect to real world building
• Ability to stay organized and focused with multiple tasks
• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback and taking direction
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft or Google programs
• Strong work ethic and personal integrity
• Collaborative heart and desire to build great working relationships
