Job Title : Property Maintenance Technician $25 / hr

Job Description

Under general supervision, perform skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the inside and outside of residential units. This includes tasks involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs and installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, alterations, and maintenance of residential units.
• Conduct repairs and general upkeep both inside and outside the properties.
• Engage in tasks involving carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and masonry.
• Install and repair appliances as needed.
