Senior Fp&A Analyst Sales Finance Partner

Join our growing distribution client as a Senior Fp&A Analyst, where you'll partner directly with sales and operations leaders to impact sales performance, margin improvement, and product profitability.
About the Role
This role reports to the Fp&A Manager and acts as a key financial advisor to our commercial teams. You'll collaborate closely with Regional VPs and Sales Leadership to :
- Lead monthly and quarterly sales forecasting initiatives
- Analyze sales performance vs. budget and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct in-depth review of pipeline / backlog, supporting sales leaders in operational execution
- Deliver actionable analytics on customer and product profitability
- Enhance sales reporting through measurable KPIs, dashboards, and branch scorecards
- Translate data into concise, executive-ready recommendations
- Perform corporate Fp&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Requirements
What We're Looking For
4+ years of corporate Fp&A experienceProven track record supporting sales organizations (partnering with sales leadership, analyzing product and team performance, driving sales conversations) in a distribution or manufacturing firmBachelor's degree (finance, accounting, or related field)Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly across all levelsEnergetic, organized, and proactive attitudea partner to both staff and executivesThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced Fp&A professional who thrives at the intersection of finance and sales strategy.
