A company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee staff activities and drive growth in the New York Metro region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to drive growth across the company's portfolio and develop a compelling business value framework for customers
Execute plans to enhance profitability and orchestrate business units to improve performance and expand market presence
Engage with customers to identify opportunities, manage pipeline activities, and ensure successful deal closures
Required Qualifications
University or Bachelor's Degree preferred; advanced degree or MBA is desirable
Typically 10+ years of account management experience
Prior direct people management experience is required
Experience in the IT industry, with a focus on verticals such as Energy, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Healthcare is a plus
Experience in P&L and risk management is preferred
