ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I began my journey with State Farm in 2006, working for an agent before opening my own agency in 2014. Today, I lead a team of seven, where collaboration and a supportive work environment are at the core of what we do.

With a background in Recreation from Pacific Lutheran University, I have always valued community involvement and mentorship. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mike Ramirez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
