Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute retailer-specific activation plans for Sephora and Ulta

Analyze retailer performance and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure cross-functional alignment for successful execution

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing within the beauty sector

Experience with Sephora is required; brand-side experience preferred

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis related to sales and performance

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
