What You’ll Do

As a Fleet Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a critical role in keeping our fleet running at peak performance .

Your focus will be on :

Preventive Maintenance (PM) – Oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, tire inspections, and brake services to keep trucks road-ready.

Fleet Readiness & Compliance – Ensuring vehicles meet DOT standards and customer expectations.

Diagnostics & Repairs – Learning how to troubleshoot issues before they turn into major breakdowns.

Hands-On Learning & Technology – Work with the latest diagnostic tools and fleet management software while gaining real-world experience on medium and heavy-duty trucks (Class 6-8).

Customer-Focused Service – Collaborate with lease and rental customers to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for truck maintenance and hands-on work.
• A team player eager to learn from experienced professionals .
• A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you get it).
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, fleet management software, and digital maintenance tracking systems .
• ASE certifications or OEM training are a bonus, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
