Role Responsibilities

• Manage and lead litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct discovery; take and defend depositions
• Develop case strategy and communicate directly with sophisticated clients
• Work closely with a deep bench of experienced litigators across multiple practice areas
• Contribute to business development and help strengthen the litigation practice

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team environment
• New Hampshire bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• Desire to practice at a high level within a respected, fast-paced regional firm
