Youth Soccer Coach (Ages 210)

About Soccer Shots
Soccer Shots is hiring fun, energetic, and dependable part-time coaches who want to positively impact childrens lives. Our coaches lead high-energy, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 210 while teaching character development and making every class the best 3045 minutes of a childs week.

Our goal is "to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family."

Availability
The ideal candidate is available:

• MondaySaturday mornings, and/or
• MondayFriday evenings

Coaches can work 16 days per week and hours can vary 5-30 hours per week.

Season Schedule
Winter/Spring: January - end of May
Summer: mid-June - mid August
Fall: September - mid December

What a Coach Does
Lead 30-45 minute sessions using our curriculum (paid training provided)
Bring high energy, positivity, and fun to every class
Travel to partner locations for sessions
Communicate professionally with families, site staff, and our leadership team
Ensure each class is safe, organized, and engaging

Requirements
Passion for working with children (soccer experience not required)
Safety-conscious, caring, organized, responsible, and energetic
Able to follow a lesson plan and represent Soccer Shots professionally
At least 18 years old
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to commit to multiple consecutive seasons
