Accounts Receivable/Payables Specialist - Process Tech

The Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist is responsible for processing Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable and Order Management as well as other duties in support of the finance department.

· Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently

• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Accurate, thorough, complete with tasks
• Excellent MS office skills including MS excel, word, some access
• Previous accounting software experience (familiarity with Syspro a plus)
• Ability to complete tasks on deadline while maintaining accuracy
• Support internal and external customers with any accounting inquiries
