[job_card.job_description]A rewarding opportunity to transform the lives of students in grades 1-12 through math education Consistent part-time hours after school and on weekends (ideal for college students or STEM majors) A fun, supportive, and encouraging work culture Opportunities for professional advancement in education, leadership, or center management Continuous training in effective teaching, communication, and mentorship skills All necessary curriculum, digital tools, and instructional materials provided Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Communicate student progress with parents and guardians Teach in-center and / or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Passion for math and education helping students build confidence and mastery Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to connect with students, parents, and colleagues Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow through ongoing training Math proficiency through at least Algebra II (Statistics or Calculus strongly preferred) Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work as part of a team College-level coursework in math, education, or STEM is highly desirable Tuesday and Thursday from 3-7PM
