Your Responsibilities:

1. Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
2. Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
3. Conduct property evaluations and prepare listing presentations to provide value and market expertise to sellers.
4. Be readily available to assist and support your clients.
5. Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.
