As a Software Engineer on Compass Call, you'll develop advanced electronic attack systems designed to disrupt adversary radar and communication networks. Your work will directly strengthen national defense and give our warfighters the edge in contested environments. In this role, you'll work with modern C++ and C# in secure Linux environments, contributing to the development of real-time mission software and advanced processing frameworks. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team leveraging Agile and DevSecOps practices, with continuous integration pipelines and robust testing environments that ensure quality and reliability. From requirements definition through system integration and verification, you'll engage across the entire software lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Systems, Hardware, and Test engineers, solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation in the electromagnetic battlespace.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $95106 - $161680

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
