ESSENTAIL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Assist LO with building loan applications for past clients
• Review loan application and confirm missing information
• Pull and review credit reports, order credit supplements, and complete rescores
• Request, monitor receipt, and review borrower documentation for pre-approval
• Work directly with underwriting to resolve issues prior to pre-approval
• Deliver the loan to Operations for processing
• Review conditional approval with the Processor
• Answer Sales-related questions for borrowers throughout the process
• Review and approve Closing Disclosures
• Follow the V.I.P. Mortgage processes and team specific processes
• Other duties as assigned
