Key Responsibilities
Model assets with a focus on accuracy and realism, ensuring clean geometry for real-time rendering
Optimize high-poly models into low-poly meshes and create UV layouts for efficient texture use
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and integrate 3D assets into production pipelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hard surface modeling, retopology, UV creation, and texture baking
Demonstrated experience in marketing, product, and design
Proficiency with 3D modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya)
Strong understanding of PBR materials and real-time rendering constraints
Basic rigging skills for hard surface assets
