Business Process Mapping Engineer

A company is looking for a Business Process Mapping Engineer to support their Combat Mission Systems business.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Business Process Models in the Business Management System (BMS) and manage changes to the published model

Facilitate meetings to align on reducing redundant documents and improving process effectiveness

Link BMS Process documentation to Business Processes for easier access and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience

Prior Business Process Mapping modeling experience, ideally using the BPMN standard

Ability to interface with users across multiple sites and levels of the organization

Familiarity with Oracle WebCenter or similar document management system is preferred

Experience using Prime BPM and familiarity with AI assistants for documentation analysis is a plus
