The Director of Wellness Nurse leads all clinical services, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. This role oversees resident assessments, care planning, medication management, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance while promoting resident wellness, dignity, and quality of life.
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment
Nursing leadership experience in assisted living or senior care preferred
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
