itle : Medical Front Desk & Technician

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $56,000–$58,000

Role Summary :

This hybrid position combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on support as a Technician. Full training will be provided in a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain. No prior medical or technical training is required to perform

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in a medical or behavioral-health setting (front desk, medical assistant, clinical coordinator, etc.)
• Proficiency in scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
• Working knowledge of billing and collections
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent interpersonal communication
• Willingness to learn and perform treatments strictly according to protocol
• Bachelor's Degree is a MUST
