Shift Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday 9am-2pm
Person is Autistic, severe intellectual disabilities and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Person also has behavioral issues.
Person will receive home and Community Supprot services. You will be taking the individual oiut in the community on outings as well as spend time in the home doing activities.
