  • Coach, develop, and support the training of Team Members to enhance their skills.
  • Ensure an exceptional restaurant experience by fulfilling key responsibilities during your shift.
  • Manage important operations like opening and closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conducting inventory, and handling cash as needed.
  • Promote and uphold food safety initiatives, ensuring that all Team Members adhere to proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support deployment practices during your scheduled shift.
