Procurement Specialist

CACI is seeking a procurement specialist to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and strategic sourcing at our Rochester, NY facility. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill procurement needs, reviewing requisitions, preparing bid requests, and expediting delivery of goods to users. The role also involves preparing procurement reports for management briefing, maintaining procurement records in the system of record, streamlining and optimizing procurement processes, acting as a primary problem-solver for complex procurement issues, receiving and reviewing purchase requests, driving a culture of accountability, integrity, and innovation within the procurement team.

Qualifications required include U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with at least 3 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant work experience. Candidates should have an analytical mindset, expert negotiation and relationship management skills, the ability to make independent, strategic decisions, and experience with selecting, ordering, and authorizing payment for material. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills are also necessary.

Desired experience includes working with InFor ERP system or similar.

The proposed salary range for this position is $51,800-$106,200.
