Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent practical experience
0-3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Technical Account Management or Customer Success in a B2B SaaS or Telecommunications environment
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Strong passion for technology and innovation with analytical skills for fast-paced environments
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across various levels
