We are assisting a Federally Qualified Health Center in recruiting family medicine physicians. With nine clinic locations, we continually strive to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare services to residents of Eagle Pass, Del Rio, Brackettville, and surrounding communities.

About the Organization:

• Great opportunity to care for underserved patients in an outpatient setting
• Excellent salary plus an Incentive Program that offers physicians productivity ( Up to $35K) and hospital admissions-based incentives (65% of hospital charges).
• Inpatient work is a plus but not a must.
• Fringe benefit package includes Health Group Insurance (Medical, Dental & Life), Malpractice Insurance by Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
• Vacation up to four weeks, 13 sick days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, CME paid time off plus related expenses, and Retirement Plan -6% match (optional TSA, 403B, etc.)
• J-1 Visa and H-1B visa holders are eligible to apply for provider vacancies.
• $12K for APP Supervision
• Spanish-speaking a plus
