Position Summary

We’re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team at our Alameda, CA location. In this role, you'll support the Occupational Therapist in delivering top-quality care that helps patients regain independence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT

Assist patients in improving functional abilities and adapting to physical limitations

Accurately document treatments and patient progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes

Maintain a safe and supportive care environment

Requirements

Active COTA license in the state of California

Experience in a skilled nursing or similar rehab setting preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
